For clarification, this does not prohibit you from sending transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act. RX Cash Rewards reserves the right to collect, withhold, or cancel any and all compensation related to the content You send via commercial electronic mail messages.

Affiliates are paid the lifetime commission of the orders of the customers they refer, as long as they are actively promoting. An "inactive" affiliate is considered an affiliate who is not actively promoting the affiliate network, that is, not bringing any new clients for 3 months. RX Cash Rewards reserves the right to determine the status of an affiliate.

Affiliate commissions can be used to purchase the health products available at RX Cash Rewards, provided your balance is higher than the value of the products requested.

The tools, products and creative assets (collectively, "Assets") that are provided to you by RX Cash Rewards provide valuable information vital to the success of the Program, including information that helps make sure Transactions generated by you are properly attributed to you for Payout calculations. Thus, each of these Assets must be used in their intended manners as instructed by us. You agree that you will not corrupt, modify or disable the tracking functionality provided to You related to the Program.

Should any sale result in a refund to the customer, the commission for that sale will be forfeited. If the commission for that sale has already been paid out, the forfeited commission will be subtracted from future payments. If for any reason RX Cash Rewards is not paid by the merchant bank, the payments to webmasters will be withheld until the merchant bank pays RX Cash Rewards.
